yea there was a post about it a few weeks ago. i met up with drjj about 2 weeks ago and shot his and its awsome there great fun im just scared to drop 300 bucks on a stock that may get banned before long.

The fine print at the end of the video says each shipped unit comes with an ATF approval letter. Wouldn't that mean that ATF was aware of then and has approved them for use and sale? I would think if people can an will bump fire without them, then ATF would a least encourage a safer way of doing it.

Yes, it is BATF approved, for now at least. I certainly understand some people's hesitancy in wanting to buy one and can certainly appreciate the desire to pay cash, especially after the way the ATF handled the 10/22 stock that was similar. That's why I am becoming a dealer. I don't mind buying a bunch of them and then accepting cash to put that layer of anonymity into the deal.
