As of this morning he is reportedly on the phone with the Japanese Prime minister, giving reassurance that we are standing by if needed. Meanwhile the reactors are continuing to melt down.
We get products from China for our kids that are infused with lead based paint and next year we can expect Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, etc. to start shipping "Glow in the Dark" car and truck parts.

There's already reports of elevated radiation levels in the United States. It's like you're unaware that spent fuel rods blew to high-heaven and we have this thing called a "jet-stream." Also, nuclear material has reached the ocean and we have this thing called an ocean current. Also, our food comes from around the world and we have this habit called, "eating" that we must partake in.

Obama will step up and say everything is fine but as usual, he'll be lying.

Why should we do anything in Libya?

Why should we do anything for Japan?

Because we are a nation that comes to the aid of those in need. If a high road needs to be taken then that's what we need to do. If we don't help Libya then rest assured a mass "cleansing" will take place. Some people may be satisfied going through life only thinking about themselves and never lifting a finger to help a fellow man. There are many, many others of us that will go out of our way to help someone in need.

Absolutely. On an individual level or private level. As a nation, we are bleeding internally. When we have no deficit every year, no national debt, then we can talk about forced taxes going to help other nations. Which, by the way, I would still disagree with.

So you have no problem expending resources you don't have in order to "help" someone else?

If so, I've got a long list of Oklahomans who could use your help. I'm sure you could put it on your card.
