Best .22LR Bolt Action Rifle.

Due to a handicap, my dad is going to have to learn to shoot left handed. He was right eye dominant and shot right handed for years. I am looking at finding a .22 bolt action to scope so he can shoot hundreds of rounds cheaply. I was thinking of a CZ, but does anybody have any suggestions? Looking for one that will shoot superior to your average plinker.

Savage offers a couple of lefthanded versions of the Mark II. Not sure if CZ has any or not, but a 455 would be nice.

I have a lakefield mkii which is now known as the savage mkii. Its an accurate plinker for sure. I'm sure they make a lefty too.

A CZ would get my vote.

They make a left handed 452.

Anschutz is probably the very best. CZ is great as well, if you want a lower priced option. Savage makes some great shooters as well, for an option on the low end of prices that isn't quite as pretty or refined.

Biathlon Basic. The bolt action is just back and forth so it would be easier to learn.

CZ 452. If what I've read is correct the left hand model is the only 452- in a new model.
