How often have the pro druggies here brought up drunk drivers in their argument that pot is safer??? A LOT!!!! The simple fact is that if he had not been smoking pot he would not have died in that crash as he was one of the few relatives I have that did not drink too.

No... I don't drive if I have taken benadryl, makes me a dysfunctional retard, I don't want to be on the road with any impaired driver I have never claimed driving while high on MJ was any safer than driving under the influence of alcohol.

First of all, you have my sincere condolences for the loss of you brother. I also have a brother who abused drugs and made decisions while under the influence that led to a violent death. I do not blame the drugs, I blame my brother for abusing the drugs.
I will not take a stand against drugs/alcohols/guns/large sodas/fast food that are used responsibly by millions because of the poor decisions of a few.

Rick's argument is the same argument used to push gun control. Ironic, since Rick will come in here and defend gun rights, blaming the individual, not the object, but use the same anti-gunner logic against marijuana blaming the object and not the individual.
