Usually onec to twice a month we have breakfast for dinner.

Wife speeds up the process and buys precooked bacon and sausage links. Once in a while she buys a ham steak and cooks it.

Pioneer gravy pack..little milk mixed in with the water..then a spoonful or less of bacon gease mixed in adding ground pepper.

Yellow plastic bottle of pancake mix..add water, shake, pour on the hot griddle.

Hash browns of some sort. Once in a while I'll get a can of corn beef hash, heat it up..mix it with my hash browns..add ketchup and tabasco.

Scrambled eggs with ketchup and tabasco. Sometimes she'll buy a can of Wolf Brand chili and I'll mix up on my plate the eggs, hash browns, and chili with a little ketchup and tabasco.

Drinks..fresh ice tea.

Man, I use to have a great spot to eat breakfast in Vegas. Barbary Coast..then Bills..now they're redoing it to something else.
I'd get up early, let the wife sleep, go down the sidewalk on the Strip to B.C./Bills and have hash browns, toast, and corn beef hash, scrambled eggs...coffee..ketchup and tabasco..miss it..miss it a lot!!

Our local volunteer fire department does a pancake supper for a fundraiser. They also have their own sausage recipe and butcher their own hogs just a few days prior.
