We have breakfast for dinner every other week. sausage or bacon and egg omelets. Pancakes or waffles sometimes. Usually no time in the mornings.

I have some lunchmeat ham... I have some potatoes, but no cheese grater, and I don't think I want to chop them.... shoot. One more thing to add to my shopping list. Or two. Grater AND hashbrowns. <sigh>
