I was at my folks' house yesterday afternoon, and their Hopper said it lost the satellite connection--and this was on a clear day. WTF?
It was out for a couple of minutes. Trees aren't an issue (it's a hay farm, so there aren't many trees at all, and none in the dish's line of sight), and it wasn't overly windy, either. Dunno what the deal was.Did it stay off? Poor alignment, wind, trees, etc. I'd suspect their installer did a quickie-job.
