So, who's still got a gun rack on their pickup?

Was behind a newish pickup today and noticed they had a gun rack in the back window. Sadly, it was just holding an umbrella. I thought an AR would look SO much better.

I know you'd have to hide them and lock them up when leaving the truck or some idiot would break a window to steal it.

Does anybody here still have/use a gun rack?

Could be. I remember having one in high school (here in Oklahoma), then spent 20+ years in Texas and only recently returned to God's country.

Being illegal would surely explain the profound lack of them.

Not sure they're illegal. Don't have one mainly because don't want to advertise there could be (is) gun inside.
