I want to try pho but i want to make sure the first time I try it, it is somewhere that they know how to make it. I searched past posts but they are very old. So where should I go in okc? Enlighten me on what kind etc.

Pho Lien Hoa, definitely. I prefer a rare beef pho. I add everything from the setup except the bean sprouts. I'll squirt in a bit of Sriracha, maybe some hoisin sauce, but the hoisin isn't really necessary.
Yeah, just around the corner from the office. I snicker at the name every time I drive by.

I'll second Pho Hieu; it's a good eats kind of place. Right around the south side of the Homeland at Reno and Mustang Road. I like the mixed vermicelli noodle soup, it's got chunks of cut up eggrolls and some kind of "meat" in it but it is good stuff. Ask them for the hot red pepper on the side if you want some extra spice.
