Bet so, but I don't think it was used for what they intended. We’re the “cyclists” toting a battery operated reciprocating saw?
I agree. I think he might have stumbled into a legal technicality when he dismembered them and dumped them in the creek, but I’m not a lawyer.since when can't you protect your own property

DANG!!!! You my friend could have a bright future in politics, or at lest as a journalist?First best guess: They were run over by some sort of large vehicle, mangled and dismembered by the encounter, and dumped in the river. If so, there will be a huge blood stain somewhere under a pile of mangled bicycles yet to be found.
Second best guess: They were killed for organ harvesting and their bicycles were sold for parts.
Third best guess: They were abducted by aliens and rejected because of substandard quality. Aliens love bicycles and those were kept.
These three guesses are obnoxious, uncouth, disrespectful, and crass. As a result, I will not take credit for them by signing this post.
This is trueI can hardly wait to watch the crime documentary about this. I'm sure Oklahoma will be represented well.
Yet one hears about people getting DUI's for riding them drunk or whatever...bicycles don't have tags on them and you don't have to carry ID to operate one
Not sure, but my guess would be that being 70 (or there abouts) years old it made the bodies easier to pick up and move. He may have had equipment to move them in his junk/scrap yard, but getting them out of the vehicle quickly and efficiently on a public bridge is a different story - for an old dude about the same age like myself anyway...Why dismember them?
