Help a youth understand here... whats a moderate republican? who would be the moderate republican candidates? why would the party want a moderate to lead? and as a corollary to that, how would a moderate republican help win in 2012?

A moderate Republican = 1980's Democrat. People that want a moderate Republican are spineless Republicans that are bowing to the Liberals and think they have to apease them to get a party member in the House.

I honestly don't care what party they belong to, give us someone with some backbone. I am thinking Gen Tommy Franks, Gen Schwarzkopf, or LT Colonel Ollie North. More foreign policy than anyone else represented on the political level, use to living on basics, cut the fat out of the budget, tell the country to toughen up, and the other countries, they have one chance, and then we WILL blow the hell out of you!!
