10/22 Magnum 80% Receivers

I've often flirted with the idea of building a franken10/22 clone from all aftermarket parts, what better than to build a 10/22 magnum? Since the price of a real 10/22 Magnum is roughly the same as what it would cost to build one from aftermarket parts instead, I figure, why not?

Anybody out there ever built one?

Anybody have any experience with these receivers?
