I would rather have the Glock 18 for that price.

Without an SOT and a demo letter you aren't getting a Glock 18 for that price. I don't believe there to be any transferable Glock 18s in the US. I've heard rumor of up to three transferables, but you aren't going to touch one of them for $10k if they even exist.
