Well I just returned from a vacation that I paid with the, er, "proceeds" from the last jury I sat on...

Who do I need to declare innocent, um, guilty? (and which is it this time?)

I'm sure this "code of mods" has it somewhere here that I'm supposed to agree with whichever mod it is that's presiding... lemme check.

well... yup.... GUILTY says I!

ps, JB, do I get a bonus in the group camp if I go with GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY over just guilty? What about extra exclamation marks?

pss, who's on trial here? *gasp* it's not me is it?!?!! just making sure!

He will be given a fair trial before he is hanged.:mean:

We is gunna give him a fair trial.

Then we is gunna hang him.

Based on the above two posts, WhiteyMacD has grounds for a mistrial in that punishment will be dealt regardless of the findings of the jury.

They say only a fool represents himself. Well, I AM THAT FOOL!

I'm starting to lose hope in you.

It might be possible to work out a plea agreement for the right price....

I my experience, plea agreements usually end up with a worse punishment than what gets handed out by the court.

Furthermore, OSA hasn't shown enough evidence to proceed with a trial. And OSA is not allowing the defendant to play an equal role in the jury selection process.

For these reason, OSA should grant a motion to dismiss.
