One of the wounded officers said that the shooter was skipping the rounds off the pavement. At the rate the shooter was dumping the mag I suspect it was random and not aimed. One of the bank robbers from the big LA shootout years ago was taken out by the swat guys shooting his feet from under the car he was behind. I would like to know more details of the shooter’s equipment used.
Seattle does not use the term "citizen" an it is considered to be implicitly biased, instead the term is "community member."
Legislative types and bureaucracy types are the ones that should be afraid. They aren't and they don't give two shits about a couple of cops getting tagged. Cops, like soldiers, are expendable to them.

Agreed. However, they will never have the spine to go out and do anything themselves. They rely on the actual men to do that. If police know death possibility lurks behind every door, they are much more likely to tell the tyrants to go F themselves if they are asked to enforce unconstitutional laws.
The police academy I went to taught bounce shooting off of walls and under cars. Interesting ballistics involved. A bullet will travel along the wall/ ground about 6 inches away from the surface when hit at a certain angle. We were taught how to take out the legs of the threat when they were hiding behind a car using a shotgun. Our Shotgun rounds were staggered buckshot, slug, buckshot, slug, buckshot, slug etc.
