I wish they would have made that non-resident license three days for $15. When my grandkids come up from Tx, it costs a fortune to take them fishing for the afternoon.

Offenses of Federal laws get filed in Federal Court. Its likely, (but I dont know), that this was done to allow a violation to be filed at the District Court. This would benefit the Sportsman as well as the GW.

I know I didn't ask the question but thanks for the explanation. Makes sense.

Really excited to see the last one that makes it okay for my soon to be 7 year old to hunt under the apprentice license. He was not happy that he was going to have to wait another year, he has been working hard to learn to read well enough to take hunter ed test but just isnt quite there yet. this will give him another year (maybe 3 the way i read the bill) to get ready for the test.

I think it should be paid for each day. That's how it is when I go fishing in West Virginia, plus you can add days. They get me on the trout stamp , national forest stamp though. I also think we should still have the trout stamp if it means more fish for everyone.
