Fun fact: Along the way, the Oklahoma courts issued an interpretative opinion confirming that 1290.22.B is a criminal statute. In other words, an employer who violates the law by maintaining or enforcing an anti-gun policy in their parking lot thereby commits a (misdemeanor) crime.
