No deer for me this weekend, lots rain yesterday evening, will be pure slop impassable roads. There's going to be pheasant hunters stuck in the ditches by the dozens this morning lol. They'll be all out of towners too, the locals know better than to try it.

I saw our GW flying down the road on my way in to the stand tonight. Usually stops for a chat but just got a wave. He was hot on something.

Closed out our rifle season this evening. My youngest son finally got one of the bucks he was after. We called it The Weirdo because of its funky rack. My oldest got his biggest buck this year and I was fortunate enough to get my target buck. The videos are in my "Hogs and stuff" thread. I'll have the weirdo hunt up in a few days.
