Was looking at the new Colt 22 AR look-a-like. Local prices I've seen are $625 - $700. ($550 online) Then I got to thinking that I have an AR lower, parts kit, and stock sitting in the closet. For about the same money, or maybe a bit more, I could buy a Spikes 22 upper.
I'm starting to see more advantages to building the lower and going with the spikes. What do ya think?
