3,000 psi air pumps

I need an air pump for my new PCP air rifle. The max pressure for the on board tank is 3k psi. I’ve seen the electric 4500 psi pumps on Amazon ranging from $300 and up.but they all look to be Chinese crap.
I know about scuba tanks, scba tanks and I’ve talk to welding supply shops that will lease me a 4500 psi bottle.
I am trying to see if there might be another source for this kind of compressed air that I’m an not familiar with.
ideally, I’d like to have a compressor at the house.
Does anyone know of an industry that uses this kind of air pressure?

Fire Depts.....no idea if your local depts would fill them though.

Paint ball. Places like City Carbonic in OKC. Just off the top of my head.

I fill mine with a high pressure hand pump, It is no fun.

That is an option. I was a volunteer FF and EMT. I would like to have the resource at the house to fill the gun if possible. I was hoping to find something that may not be commonly used to create this kind of pressure.
