I make lanyards for predator calls out of 550 cord. I buy most of my cord from AllPawn in Mcalester or the Army Surplus store in Tulsa.

Behold!!!! the tactical wrench... lol. I did this as a test to see of this particular knot would make a good knife handle wrap. It does...

And just think, Rusty...if you ever get lost in the woods with that wrench, you'll be OKAY.

I think a more appropriate handle wrap for a wrench would be duct tape?

lol...Like I said before, it was a test. I didn't have a knife in need of a handle when they urge hit me to try this out, thus the tactical wrench. Next time I need to to get all tacticool on a less than cooperative nut or bolt or whatnot I will be all set...

i was a commercial diver for many a year and knots were a big part of the job for rigging and what Knot, i hated, absolutely without a doubt hated the monkey fist. lucky for me i only had to learn it in dive school, once we got out of school and onto the water, the deck trash did that kind of work.

couple of saw blade knifes I have made while my hand is broken wrapped in 550 cord.... if anyone has an old rusty 24" or larger saw blade I will make them a sickle sword for it. should have never sold the 2 i made before....
