I heard they charged the driver with a manslaughter charge.
I was at the O’reillys’s at 2nd and broadway when the cops started tearing out of the station. It’s just a block north. Man, they were on a mission.

been biking for 42 years approx hate that we lost a public servant. roads are a lot different now than back in those days.
