AB 962...Think it will spread?

I did a search and it looks like no one else has brought this up in the forums.

I hope it doesn't spread. Takes effect Feb. 2011.

Like any other gun control measure it will only affect the law abiding.
I would be surprised not to see it in some of the other liberal paradises in the near future.

More proof that needless regulation is wasteful, especially when it only affects law-abiding citizens. I do wonder if the politicians who are pushed by groups like the Brady Bunch actually think that laws like this, that affect only law-abiding citizens, will actually work. Do they not know what a criminal is?

Is the very definition of criminal not "a person who breaks laws"?
