Boyd's has released the new stock for the Ruger American. Going to try and post the picture of it. A bit heavy but cool as hell. Stock would need bedding and not sure if it takes mags other than the crap 4 round Ruger.

I do believe Magpul also released their Hunter stock for the American. I have an old 243 in the Hunter and I love it.

The color and extra's are great. You can change the fore end and grip. Not crazy about bedding, but looks super. Got to play with the prototype at Tulsa.

They are nice stocks for sure. I have handled them but never shot one. Some day Ill have one. Its hard for me to not buy a Magpul though.

There is a great video on you tube about bedding and I believe it was posted here. Fellow doing the video was way thorough in the walk through. Made it easy to follow and explained why's and hows extensively.
