There is a difference between a receiver that I assume has a serial number and gets registered, and a part designed to turn a pistol into a SBR.

maximum level sarcasm. You don't really know how computers work, do you.... Or maybe you're being sarcastic?
How?
All the 80% lowers I have acquired (& lost to unfortunate accident) were paid for with cash. & 1 was given to me as a gift.
I told the guy I want 2 of those, he gave me 2 of them & I gave him cash money. No records there to find. How is anyone going to get "records"?
Zack, your policy is still sound. 80% receivers have never existed.I try to avoid tough talk on the internet because im really not a badass irl...but a line has to be drawn in the sand at some point otherwise we should all accept that the 2nd amendment is through. Soon our gun laws will resemble those of mexico (look into it if you havnt already). Where gun ownership is a constitutional "right" but the entire country has only 1 gun store, the types of firearms legal to own is extremely restricted, and one has to jump through hoops to legally purchase one.
I feel much better now, thank you.Zack, your policy is still sound. 80% receivers have never existed.
Well, they are either Firearms or not. They could be a trashed Grand National.I feel much better now, thank you.
I don’t think there is such a thing as a grand national that isn’t trash.Well, they are either Firearms or not. They could be a trashed Grand National.
