I thought Virginia had Constitutional Carry? I needa go look that up...
Looks like OC is open to all (except felons, etc.), CC is by permit.
The very odd thing about this one, is that they are leaving reciprocity in effort for 4 states, including Oklahoma
If I were in the Virginia legislature, I'd be checking into the AG's powers to see if the AG has that much authority, and at the same time I would introduce legislation to go full blown Constitution Carry but keep issuing permits for those who wish to travel to states where the Constitution remains under infringement.

The Democrats are getting a little stupid with this "rule by fiat" type of thing. Of course their president sets the example.
Should we Okies be insulted that we made the cut of states that meet the VA AG's standard for acceptable CLs?
Don't think you have to worry about that, OK recognizes every state and isn't likely to change
