Does anyone here carry while they are out exercising and if so what do you carry? Can't quite decide between a good flashlight or an actual gun. And real damn depressed I am even thinking about carrying just to go for an evening run!

Taurus pt738 , .380 caliber. It's small and can be concealed pretty much anywhere on the body.

Believe it or not, I haven't had to. I keep it in the bag with my running shoes. The whole bag occasionally gets Febreezed, but that's it. It just doesn't hold odor.
I carry a Sig P-232 in 380. I think the Sig is better than an LCP. I hated the LCP. It may be a smaller but IMHO, it's a piece of junk.
