I carry a S&W 9shield in a 511 holster shirt. I carry my gun under one arm and my phone or iPod under the other arm. The shirt is a tight under armor style shirt with a good amount of padding under each arm to help prevent printing.

My $0.02- Minimalist carry with the smallest belt bag I could find. P3AT inside, held in position with a velcro strap and quick release zipper pull. The belly bands look too hot and uncomfortable for long runs. I've run in years past with an issue 1911 and later 92, in various crappy holsters until we got Desantis or Galco (Can't remember which anymore) fanny packs. they worked better, but still pretty much sucked past 5 miles or on a hot day.
