I got not 1, but 2, difficult to acquire and typically expensive books last week.

These are typically listed on eBay for $100 & up each. I got lucky and found a couple of sellers with a bit more common sense. Got the pair for about $80.

I was a bit disappointed in the Bill West book. Although it has good info, it's just not as complete and not as well put together as the other books in this series.

The Kimmel book I bought completely blind as to it's contents and I was not disappointed. It's more like a collection of various other publications and reference material. But what it contains is pure gold. Lots and lots of vintage ads, catalog pages, historical papers, etc. The pics below are from this book.

Picked up 1k Federal LPP, a Lee manual and set of Hornady 223 dies from an individual seller today for $60, my wife's cousin needed the manual and dies so I got $20 back from him...I kinda like $40 a brick primers!
Just 3 short years ago, $40/1000 was expensive for primers.

Now that Uncle Joe has been applying his Magic Economic Formula, it's a screaming deal.

So sad.

Got a dozen Glock 37 magazines for my FHP Glock 37 Gen4, then a 1.4 mil Springfield Armory M1 garand to go with my International Harvester and H&R. Pennsylvania State Police Glock 21, S&W 4506-1, couple sets of Ameriglo night sights for Glocks. Then a South Bend Indiana department marked M&P 9 2.0
