Picked this up a couple days ago.
Springfield 87A.
Our local gill-gun guru has dated it between 1945 and 1948. I love all guns that say Springfield on them and this isn’t an exception. I had to pay more than what it’s worth but that’s what happens when I find something I really like.

I picked up a little something that is new to me lastnight. An original 74 Sharps that was shipped from the factory in 1878. Caliber is 40-90 BN. Sharps advertised it as their express round. Its listed by serial number in Vol 3 Sharps Firearms by Marcot as one of 15 rifles ordered and sent to the Secretary of the New York Central Schutzen Corps May 27th 1878 for $42 each. Met the guy that previously owned it and it was nicer than he described it so wasn't a hard sell!!!

Got a couple of extra mags for my Kahr CM9. Was hoping to get them a little earlier so I could go to the range today, but I guess I'll have to break in the Kahr next Saturday.
