My wife and I went in there a few years ago. They wanted to test drive my trade while I was going over details about the car I wanted. When I decided to think on it and head home, they pulled the old "lost key" trick. It took over an hour and my having to call the police for them to "find" it. While all this was going on, no person there would speak to me. Not sales people, not managers, not anybody.

Again, totally typical of the type of dealer that gives them all a bad name.
