Anyone else buying mags for guns they don't own?

Mags for guns I don't own? Hell I'd just like to be able to buy mags for the guns I do own!!!

This was exactly my feelings round about 15 Sept 94!!!!

From then to 2004 I kicked myself repeatedly for not having the foresight to get enough or as many mags as I wanted and not to think ahead to getting mags for future firearms purchases.

Since then, I've tried to correct that problem. I would like to get some Thompson mags cause I would really like to have one. I figure I might trade some other kinds for them in the future.

I seem to remember a killer deal on "I think" they were G3 mags. Something like 1.50 each a few years back. Should have invested 75 bucks back then.

Actually, I bought another Glock 19 and I already had 14 mags for it...does that count?

I haven't but I think I'll hang on to my 30 round ar mags that I don't have a gun for right now.

I bought AR mags and Glock 19 mags months before I had the guns to match.

No but if I came across any at a decent price I would just so I could have them for trade at a later date.

Hadn't really thought about it but I did have plans on building an ar so if I could find a few Pmags I would be on them

No, i havent. I'd like a few more HK33 mags and sig 551 mags but good luck on that!
