I'm looking at several 9.5" barreled Rugers online and wondering if you liked it, hated it or thought it didn't make any difference in accuracy. I have several Sixes and think the longer barrel would improve my point and shoot accuracy.

Good for target only on range, imho. Now, if you can add a removable rifle stockto the butt of the pistol now you have an interesting, again imho, calvary piece. Ihad a friend who loved his, I was not a big fan.

Mine are 5 1/2" & 6 1/2", buddy has the 9 1/2". I don't care for the longer barrel.

Most of the time, I shoot the 5 1/2" and he shoots my 6 1/2", but he will not sell the 9 1/2", because it is "rare"
