Talking to my dad yesterday and he told me that Homeland security and other governemnt agencies have bought up millions of rounds of the .233 and 5.56 ammo. Is this true? And is this one reason why we are have shortages and restock problems?
Yep. The govt buys lots of rounds, but no more now than any other time of the year.
Well I dont know if thats entirely true, with christmas and everything and the way its been commercialized, I think they probably buy a little more around the holidays.
