Actually, they can get the location of your phone when you make a post. Pretty sure the "nutty ones" are filling it up with false posts.

Since it's stored with a third party and is a business record, it *can* be used against you without any sort of warrant.

Does this include police stations, military bases, and the governor's mansion?

I wonder if the makers can be held accountable legally if some zealot takes it upon himself to deal with a gun owner using this app as a resource.
Unless of course the gun owner deals with him first.

Sounds to me like anywhere with a Gunbuster sign needs to be marked as "unsafe".
