The eForms system is back online as of 4:00 pm on Friday, March 1, 2024. PLEASE NOTE: You must submit your required eForms 2, that you did not submit due to this outage, by the close of your next business day as required by 27 CFR 479.103​

Only hearing of individuals coming back right now. Trusts seem to be in the slow lane.

Bought one Thursday. last two took nine months. Stepson bought one January 6 and picked it up February 28. Fastest I've heard.

I bought mine in late December and got approval in 52 days. Maybe because I had bought a couple of suppressors previously.

SilencerCo Sparrow-TI submitted 20 Feb 24 picked up 29 Feb 24 (9 days). Have another one submitted 7 Sep 23 still in jail.

I called my Class III pusher. He said it is nothing to worry about. Basically the ATF being dicks to FFLs and Class III dealers. The rest of us can sit back and enjoy the fireworks.
