First attempt

Cookshack was created by God himself!

How were they...I've never done Babyback's for that amount of time!

They came out with a great texture. The meat pulled apart fairly easily but still remained attached to the bones.

At 225 degrees, I smoked them for 4 hours. Then wrapped them and cooked for another hour. I finished them off on the gas grill slathered in Head Country until it caramelized, about 30 minutes. So actually they cooked about 5.5 hours.

Good looking wibs! I do mine for 4 hours, too. Two hours naked on the grates, one hour in foil, then the last hour naked again to firm up the bark.
