So Keelty, hows the new phone/service treating you? I'm in the same boat, I currently use a HTC EVO 4g (the first one) on Sprint. I drop more calls than I complete..! And dont get me started about dead zones in town! I live near 31st and Harvard and barely get a signal.

IMHO at and t is the best. They work with me on bill. If I have a complaint, they always work with me and have given me more credit more times than I can remember. I am talking about the phone customer service, not the store folks, although the store folks are also very helpful. No hidden costs either. What I pay is what I get.
I recently switched to a Galaxy SIII replacing an iphone 4. I will say the battery life sucks. I have to recharge the thing every other day compared to once a week for my iphone 4. Other than that I have some things I like better on the GS3 and some things I liked better about the iphone.
have you checked to see if you have a bunch of stuff running in the background? I may be a more heavy user than you, but I had to charge my iPhone 4 everyday too, just as I do my S3. My S3 made it through 36 holes of gps golf on Sunday and still had about 48% left when I went to bed...
When I was on the stock ROM with all the Samsung crap in the background the battery life was not as good as now though....I just figured everyone charged their smart phones every night...
I'm interested to know what you liked better about your iPhone 4...I think I liked the stock email app a little better for general emailing, but it of course was terrible for file sending and downloading...
