I did the double smoke of a large spiral ham for Christmas. I did not trim the bone too well and kept all the fatty stuff I trimmed off. I just threw it all in a zip bag and put it into the freezer for the next crock pot of beans. It is getting time. I got a big pot of chili simmering to put most in cottage cheese containers to freeze tonight, but looking at this thread, Ha, beans will be next on the list in the next few days while the WX is nasty cold outside. And yes I agree, the plate looks familiar, I have some identical that get used every day. Thanks for sharing.
