I'm new to the "she drove the madness" perspective presented in Part 1 (that's how I interpreted it, anyway). I've never really spent any time studying their story or any of those of that era. Has this always been the contention, that she was driving the crazy train and he was mostly along for the ride?
By God she wanted it to be 'Bonnie and Clyde', not Clyde and Bonnie. Lolll.
Even in the older movie she was portrayed in this light. She seems to have wanted to be famous and didn't care how. In the original movie she was always wanting photos taken and making it very clear who they were.
To avoid potential spoilers, I skipped through this thread. So, is this a 2-part series? I remember seeing the promo for it and got excited, but I forgot it was coming on so soon. I want to watch it in full. So, is tonight a repeat of last night or is it the second half? If the latter, are they playing the first half prior to the second?
