It's the influence peddling, Quid Pro Qo and possibly some outright bribery that a high value whistleblower has brought out today. The FBI is sitting on it just like the hunter laptop, knowing there are crimes involved but refuse to move forward with the evidence.
I needed to add the Secretary of State "winkin" blinkin is involved in the biden syndicate crime family. Said he has no background with the bidens, while recent email's show he and hunter met for coffee and meetings many times.
The DOJ, knowing what the FBI knew under the leadership of Merrick Garland who was vetted to be a Supreme Court Justice and voted down has ignored the crimes of the bidens.
Thank God he never made the SC. Just as corrupt as the bidens.

OK, that sounds impeachable. If they have credible evidence, they should draw up articles of impeachment; even if it goes nowhere in the Senate, it'll put the Dems on the record trying to protect a corrupt politician.
Ted Cruz was on Hannity tonight saying it's impeachable, but that must start in the house.

The senate will never allow an impeachment to go anywhere.
Not the current senate unless the back channel of the democratic party decides to let him go and lets camel toe harris to take the office.
Why would they do that you say?
Because of her color and gender for one and she wouldn't have squat to say about the new policies by agreement before she assumed POTUS after an impeachment.
The same people that are running the government currently would be the same people running the government if harris assumed the office.

@Seadog at post #17 pretty much nails the crux of it. He swore to enforce the laws of the land and he has absolutely refused to do so. It's actually even worse, he's intentionally created this crisis for political gain and lied to the public about it for his entire term. Giving him all credit possible, it's the clearest case of dereliction of duty than I can comprehend. If that's not impeachable what is?
Dereliction of duty in a President is not really impeachable, unless you can show how it's a crime. He does have policies regarding the border (they're actually published on the DHS Web site); you may not like them, or you may think they're not sufficient, but he does have them, so you'd even have a hard time proving dereliction of duty.

Serves me right for playing the pronoun game--"they" was meant to refer to House Republicans. Bribery is specifically listed as an impeachable offense in Article II, Section 4:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Those policies are in direct contradiction of our laws. Policy trumping actual law and responsibility of office is one very big thing that’s wrong with government today. Removing a trouble maker president would help right the ship. :twocents:

Oh come on man! /Biden

Nowhere in our history was it legal to sneak in and then request asylum. You show up at the door, knock and ask. Or you request it from your own country in advance? Only under Biden has this utter ******** happened. It’s not legal, moral or right to let it continue.
