Hell I cant even get Bravo Company to pick up the phone to confirm an order that I made at the start of this month. Great that they are going to speak their mind but I wish that the customer service was a little better. Once I get my order in I will only place future orders if I can actually talk to them on the phone first to confirm that the item I want is in stock.
