Well I started it up and backed it out of the shop. Still got a lot to do but it drove out as a short bed for the first time tonight.

Bought a 2wd 1983 GMC. started the conversion. Got the front axle in and driving again. About to start deciding on which rear and gear ratios. Feeling excited to finally get this going.

been out of state traveling a bunch the last few months. Not much progress but I did git it up and running/driving again. My transmission guy is a moron. Gotta find a butter trans guy.

Have matching gears front and rear now. Pulled the ff14 for a sf14 I had that matched the front axle ratio. Will swap back to the ff14 when I lift it and re gear the front.
