The last batch I made was 10 lbs. It was so good I didn't need to freeze any of it before it was gone.Home made!!! Make a huge pot, bag ,vacuum, and freeze the left overs in meal size pouches ....
I prefer the Wick Fowler's. I tried Carol Shelby's and I didn't like it quite as well.Rick, get you some Wick Fowler's 2 alarm if you don't make your chilli. That canned stuff is for quick hotdog fixins.

They are good, wrapped in corn husk and frozen. Just microwave a few, top em with your favorite topping, I like chili, sour cream and some cheese.I might hafta give em a try some time.
