I've got a few Busse's. They are great knives. My SAR4 is a user. I carry it on my hip whenever I'm hunting.

H-o-l-y scheisse! I hadn't noticed the price tags until you mentioned it and...WOW! Putting a price like that on ANY knife is ridiculous. Why anyone would even consider spending that kind of money on a knife when they could get a nice firearm for the same price, is beyond me. :scratch:

Because it's built by a craftsman, and is as functional as it is beautiful.

I'm not a knife guy, but people ask me the same question when they see my Nighthawk .45. When you use it... you just know.

I'm no knife expert, but I have studied metallurgy some, and this is an oxymoron if there ever was one.

If that was the case, they could be rich "selling" their formula for an easy tooling but very hard steel to every company in the world that machines steel.

My thoughts exactly! :)
