She'll live off campus in Norman, attending OU. Gun stays locked in her finger pad lock box, kept in a discreet location. Treated as sort of a secret- doesn't get discussed or talked about, doesn't get taken out unless it's time to. She's put quite a bit of time into handgun shooting over the years, and has proven competent/ safe with her G19.

Federal regulations say - 18 to own, 21 to buy from a licensee, private buy is 18.

With the new PCC rifles coming out, don't know how they can enforce that.
By making all ammo 21 and up. Academy already does it with 22lr.

Just like they always have. By asking the buyer if it's for a handgun or a long gun. There have been pistol caliber rifles forever. This is nothing new.
