So this is "Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge".
According to a sign at the entrance, you can hunt there.

So I guess you can do some target shooting in some far and safe place?
And I belive it has to be paper only, no steel or cardboard?

I don’t know of you can shoot there, but the WMAs with ranges usually require that you have a hunting license to shoot there during hunting seasons, and we pretty much have hunting seasons all year long.

No target shooting on Oklahoma WMA lands unless there is a designated shooting range.
That is the rule I read a couple years ago.

FYI for anyone interested, Packsaddle WMA now has a dedicated range. Been meaning to get pictures while at work but haven't yet. Think its only 100 yards, and I know most everyone here is a long ways from it, but just wanted to throw it out to anyone that hunts/visits out here.
