Biden also said all you need is a double barrel shotgun and step out on the balcony (which i dont have) and let loose both barrels, but then the perps can shot back and im out of ammo in the gun to defend myself.

No you don't, A Ten PDR is to huge, if you can find one.

Get one of Brooks "Inch" Napoleons and have Mike Elledge build you a carriage.

Or for just a yard ornament get one of Elledge's 6 PDR Cement Yard Cannon. These things are huge.
