Well thought of employee, given the riddles daily by management and created the clues on her own. Issue started when a Ms. Yolanda, complained as to the racist implication. Mandy did nothing wrong IMO and KSWO is already losing advertising customers. It is a shame the Country has come to this.

Allstate Insurance
Redneck Door
Brown Insurance
Ms. Yolanda had a police escort today at her place of work (Public School Teacher), bet that was not a distraction for the kids.

I'd forgotten about the "cotton pickin' mind" thing. I use that phrase myself, but given that all of the cotton pickers I know are a) white and b) related to me, anybody offended by that phrase are kindly invited to get over themselves.
