What's considered cheap? I'm cooling my heels in a one bedroom 600 sqft place near 89th & Shields (OKC), 6 mo lease for $495. Tenant pays electricity and, if desired, phone/cable/internet. Some kind of police substation across the street, church next door, single-family houses nearby.
